Rezdiffra is a novel therapeutic developed by Madrigal Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), specifically targeting patients with moderate to advanced liver fibrosis. It has received accelerated approval from the FDA and is currently undergoing further studies in a Phase 3 trial for patients with compensated cirrhosis.
